CPT (ret.) Susie L. Clarke is a testament to warrior-ship both professionally and personally. She is a combat Veteran who served over 22 years of military service honoring her country. She served on both sides of the military aisle as a Commissioned and Non-Commissioned Logistics Officer. Susie earned numerous achievements, medals, and badges with induction into one of the military’s premier leadership associations, The Sergeant Audie Murphy Club.

She is the epitome of PURPOSE, as a freelance writer, penning numerous articles and editorials advocacies on behalf of mental health sufferers and families. She sought to humanize the fighting spirit of sufferers while aspiring to galvanize empathetic supporters. A triumphant journey decoding an isolated struggle and stigma – MENTAL ILLNESS, MI Doesn’t Look Like ME which was alluded to on the New York Times Best Seller and Reader’s Digest List.

Her story was featured on a live broadcast with the legendary Stu Taylor Radio Show (click on the link); The book is spotlighted in various Advertising Campaigns; the New York Times, Good Reads Magazine, and Healthy Living Magazine; Her true-life narrative was also advertised on the OWN television broadcast. An audience appearance on the Talk Show, The View enabled her an opportunity to gift the book to its panel. The book intends to challenge societal norms through open dialogue with relatable transparencies. Furthermore, Susie desires to be a vessel and voice for those victimized by mental illness or mental disorders.
Susie is currently pursuing a doctoral degree (DM) in Organizational Leadership at The University of Phoenix; earned an MBA (HR) in 2013 and a BSM in Management in 2009 from UoPX. She is available as a public speaker, a certified EO/DEI professional consultant, and a MIND Coach. She is also available for bookings (speaking engagements, MH(I) conferences, seminars, and health motivational coach platforms).
